Jessica Halper (MSc, RNutr): As the manager of nutrition and wellness at Blue Apron, Jessica spearheads development of culinary positioning on health and advises on recipe and product development
to better align with dietary trends. She is a registered nutritionist and has a masters of science in public health. Prior to her work as a nutritionist, Jessica worked as a chef in a number of New York City restaurants including Annisa, Gramercy Tavern and Franny’s. From the farm to the fork, she is dedicated to improving health and food systems globally.
