Holly Brooks is a Master Reike instructor and also Yoga instructor at Quest Fitness. Holly started exploring Yoga, looking for a gentler way to exercise. After years of weight training and running she found herself having significant hip, body pain and fatigue. As she found Yoga and started practicing it daily she realized how nourishing and beneficial it became while taking a more holistic approach. Whether you want to deepen your current practice, start a new one, or just explore the possibilities of Yoga/Meditation or the Healing Energy of Reiki, Holly welcomes the opportunity to work with you in a group setting or with you one-on-one in support of your improved health and well being.
